A 15% buyer premium will be added to your purchase total. State/Government issued Photo ID is required upon registration at all auctions. Any purchases made during the auction must be made by the registered bidder. Appropriate sales tax will be collected. Full payment must be made auction day by cash or accepted credit cards. The auctioneer makes no warranty as to description or quality of goods sold and buyer understands that the merchandise is sold “as is.” The auctioneer reserves the right to group or regroup any of the items during the auction. All items must be removed no later than 1 hour following the conclusion of the auction. The high bidder is responsible for the lot purchased and neither the seller nor auctioneer is responsible for loss, damage or theft after the hammer falls.
