BAC auctions are members-only events, on-site, at model homes. The only other invited attendees are homeowners from the developments in which the auctions take place. By limiting our audiences to paid members and community residents, the number of bidders at a typical auction remains small enough to enhance your chances of taking home the items you want.
For a $30 annual membership fee, you also receive:
- Information on upcoming auctions via mail and e-mail.
- Access to “members only” portions of the BAC website listing upcoming auctions.
- Photographic previews of furnishings with directions to the auction.
